Fashion Keyboard this Friday is DRESS UP themed for Halloween!
Sure, we might not go trick or treating here in Melbourne, but we sure do know how to dress up like a zombie when the time calls for it.
So get your costume on and come and join us.
We’re also helping The Holidays and Yves Klein Blue wind up their Immaculate Confection Tour with two sets on the night, both bands will have some members DJing.
Another great thing about Fashion Keyboard! The venue has put in a brand new smoking deck at the top of the stairs, it’s real nice out there under the stars.
Our super-cute DJs will be playing the best is 80,90s, and new indie and dance shit. They’ll even put out a few ‘Halloween songs’ for the night!
Fake vampire fangs and flesh wounds encouraged.

As any cool kid of the 90′s, Strip Steve grew up with Offspring, the passion more or less regular of skateboard, and the art of turntablism. Few scratches and a failure in a rap band after, he remembered how much Armand van helden, Modjo & Daft Punk’s videos he used to watch before “Yo MTV rap” started,
And he knows how to do: his dj sets make crashing Chicago House classics (Robert Armani, Dj Pierre, Marshall Jefferson, Armando…), nowadays Techno Anthems (Boys Noize, the french record labels Institubes & Ed Banger, Switch, Steve Angello…), early 90′s Rave Ufos (this kid has fascination for for Prodigy & Bizarre Inc.) or the best 12″ electronic music has ever made (Masters at Work, Romanthony, Daft Punk, LFO, Joey Beltram…).
With a very strong Techno culture and a very obvious talent, Steve didn’t wait long before he distinguished himself from the Myspace crowd. His extatic and pumpin productions putted the lightspots of the electronic music lovers on him at lightspeed. Now signed on Boys Noize Records, his productions breaks the floor of every club his playing at.

Ryeisha “Rye Rye” Berrain is an American rapper from Baltimore, Maryland, United States. She met the musician Blaqstarr, a friend of her sister’s, and worked with him on her early material. She met M.I.A. in a studio after M.I.A. overheard one of Rye Rye’s songs. She then proceeded to make music with DJ Diplo on a song called “Wassup Wassup”, and other upcoming songs include “Gangsta Girl”, “Hardcore Girls” with The Count and Sinden, and “Reasons”. She is also working with Zakee. “Hardcore Girls” appears on the Hardcore Girls EP by The Count and Sinden via Domino Records.
